Separator Application

Our specially designed centripetal pump and inlet/outlet ports create a gentle separation environment that preserves active ingredients, maintaining nutritional value, freshness, and original flavor.
The milk cream separator is primarily used in the milk processing industry to continuously separate cream and defatted milk from whole milk while removing impurities and sediments. It also enables milk standardization based on fat content.
The Juneng separator can remove extremely small solid particles (less than 1mm) dispersed in liquid suspensions.

- Two-phase separation: Separates suspended solids from liquid or separates two immiscible liquids with different specific gravity
- Three-phase separation: Simultaneously separates two immiscible liquid phases and a solid phase
